This is a Mercator extension rod to suit the Luna ceiling fan range. Extension rods are used to lower the ceiling fan to the required height.
Please Note: Extension rods are used to lower fans installed on higher than average ceilings. Whilst there is no literal definition as to the exact height a fan should sit, the principle is the lower the fan the more you will benefit from its air movement.
