Three Sixty Extension Rod with Loom (DR1-36OB) is 26mm wide, 90cm long used to lower certain ceiling fans down to the required height.
It has an oil rubbed bronze finish and is only suitable for this Three Sixty model:

Please Note: Extension rods are used to lower fans installed on higher than average ceilings. Whilst there is no literal definition as to the exact height a fan should sit, the principle is the lower the fan the more you will benefit from its air movement.
