Where is my Order?

Tracking details are typically sent once your order has been dispatched. In some cases, we may ship direct from another warehouse to save you time. If you cannot see your tracking details, check your junk/spam folders first, then contact us. Most products are dispatched in 1-4 business days by courier. Ceiling Fan Warranty

Most ceiling fans have an optional manufacturer warranty which covers labour as well as parts. Submit your claim directly with the manufacturer for a faster turnaround. You can do so by checking your invoice or the product listing for the manufacturer contact details.
