CCT stands for ‘colour changing technology’ which means you can select a desired temperature depending on your preferences. You can switch between these temperatures via the remote.

The Claro Whisper is extremely slight fan. The air movement across the blades helps to dissipate the noice and the DC motor with 6 speed settings allows for easy comfort control. The dimmable CCT LED is also extremely bright and easily adjusted from the remote. The remote fits in the pam, however could be more user friendly if it was glow in the dark as the speed and reverse buttons can be accidentally pressed in the dark.

I ordered three Claro Whisper DC Ceiling Fan with Dimmable CCT LED Light – White 48″. They’re modern looking, they have all the features & they’re quiet.
Neutral feedback; the electrician said the fans were the most fiddly and time consuming fans he’s installed. The extra hour or so over three fans didn’t bother me too much.
In hindsight, I’d still buy this fan model but I’d buy choose the wall control version not the remote control version (2 weeks in and it’s kind of annoying chasing a remote).

The Claro fans are whisper quiet with large air movement on lower settings for use at night. The higher settings move lots of air and have been up to the task while working from home during Summer in Southern Queensland. The LED light panel is low profile which seems less intrusive than fans with conventional lightbulb housing. The light temperature and dimming settings can be tailored to your tastes through the functional and user friendly remote control (batteries included). The remote control does not beep when used, perfect for letting little and big people sleep undisturbed. However, it can be tricky to operate using touch without enough light to see the buttons. These fans do not wobble or make any ticking, knocking or humming noises from the motor, allowing for uninterrupted sleep.
Overall, the performance and look of these fans have left us very happy and not only will we buy more, but also highly recommend them.
