The Eco Silent Model DC Ceiling Fan with CCT LED Light (CFFCES42LWH) in white features 4 quality timber blades combining performance with style. The fan is versatile on lower and high speed settings, making it ideal for bedrooms and living areas.
This model features an 18w dimmable CCT LED Light. It is switchable between Warm White, Natural White and Cool White colour temperatures (3000K, 4200K, 5000K, respectively). The light also has a memory setting that retains the light settings between usage.

CCT stands for ‘colour changing technology’ which means you can select a desired temperature depending on your preferences. To switch between colour temperatures you can use the included remote.
The Eco Silent ceiling fan has a smart dimming LED light that can easily be controlled with the remote. It works with the on/off light switch feature as well. The light kit has a memory function that will turn on the fan to the latest used temperature and brightness. The LED panel is user replaceable.

The product is excellent. However, having to assemble the fan once removed from the packaging was surprising. To attach the blades is understandable, but to assemble the body of the fan was frustrating and time consuming (especially when you have to pay for an electrician). PLEASE NOTE: there are two(2) stages of the assembly instructions missing from the instruction booklet. Thankfully my electrician was able to work it out.

Other fans moved a lot of air on their lowest setting which would be uncomfortable and in your face – especially for bedrooms. Dimmable light was unexpected feature – gives extra bright light if necessary and then can be dimmed to a soft light at night time in bedrooms. Delivery was relatively quick and without incident. We purchased all white units and they blend nicely with white ceilings which was what we wanted with a clean modern look.

Having done my research on DC fans and then visited more than a few of both bricks and mortar and online stores I chose the Fanco Eco Silent 2021 fans. Never ordered from the site before and first time DC fan buyer so all faith was in the reviews. The fans are outstanding.
They are so super quiet that if it wasn’t for the cooling breeze you wouldn’t know they are on. Never had that in a fan before.
Our electrician said that out of all the DC fans he has installed these were some of the best designed for storing all of the required cords and elements inside. That is saying something as he was installing them on a concrete ceiling (with support beam inside for attachment) so this was a critical element.
The white is also a ‘real white’ which was important to us as our art deco ceilings were freshly painted in Haynes pure white and the fans blend beautifully. Combine that with 3 lighting choices (warm, cool, daylight) as well as a myriad of brightness levels and the ability to replace the lighting panel ourselves if needed – perfect!
I’ve already had two people ask what was the model and where can they get them….and I was more than happy to pass on the information.
