A simple and inexpensive way to stop standard ceiling exhaust fans from letting warm air out or cold air in. The draft stopper fits over fans that are smaller than its diameter of 330mm.
It contains a pair of balanced shutters which open when the fan is turned on and close under their own weight when the fan is turned off. Quite a good design. Applying an additional bead of sealant across the full diameter, by the installer, would further improve the product for sealability.
