These extension rods are available in a fixed 90cm size however can be cut to size by the installer if shorter rods are required. This rod comes with loom.

This 90cm Brushed Aluminium (018) extension rod suits a number of Hunter Pacific ceiling fans (please check the accessories of the fan you are purchasing the rod for to make sure this rod is suitable). These rods are used to lower the ceiling fan to the required height if installing on higher than standard ceilings. Ceiling fans need to be at least 2.1m from the floor to the blades.

Please Note: Extension rods are used to lower fans installed on higher than average ceilings. Whilst there is no literal definition as to the exact height a fan should sit, the principle is the lower the fan the more you will benefit from its air movement.
