Fansonline were great. Will use again. We have 7 of these fans at our home. They have been great. Unfortunately like all fans eventually the capacitor dies and the only option is to replace the whole fan as sadly there are no compatible parts and no one wants to fix them. This fan is a replacement for one of our originals. It is working well except the control dial runs backward to all the other fans. 3 is now fastest vs 1. Not sure why this has changed but very annoying

Have had this brand before. Fan speed perhaps a bit too fast. Even electrician (who also suggested H.P) was surprised at the speed. Commented that the motor must have been upgraded. Fortunately an outdoor fan as probably a bit too much speed noise for inside
