All data is provided the manufacturer. Capacity figures are based on the extraction rate of the unit in ‘freeflow’. This means without any ducting, vents or other components. As you add ducting to a fan it will impact the extraction rate as this introduces resistance. Overall, very happy with the 3-in-1 exhaust fan. It sits nice and flat on the ceiling, it works as intended, provides great heat with the heat lamp, and the fan does a great job and isn’t too noisy. It arrived quickly, was well packed, and wasn’t too difficult for our electrician to install.
Pricing is great for this type of product too.
The reason for its 4-star review is due to the non-changeable LED lights. Whilst you can change the heat lamp yourself, the LED panels for the normal lighting can’t be replaced nor repaired, you need to swap the entire unit. I know this, because this was a replacement unit I purchased. Unfortunately, I can’t answer how long the lifespan is on these, as the one that I originally had come with the home when I purchased it, and it was at least 3 model variations behind the one I bought.
Overall, I do recommend it, there really isn’t a better alternative out there for what it offers and its price.

Installed units in our main bathroom and en-suite. Nice looking unit and light is good but the heater does very little to warm the room and the exhaust fan is also pretty ineffective , even in the quite small en-suite. All in all, barely any better than the ugly old “Tastic”!
