This Mercator remote control offers this RF (Radio Frequency) ceiling fan remote control with 3 speed fan setting and light on/off control. This remote package includes a wall mount bracket and a 9v battery. This is a non-dimmable remote control and can be used with compact fluorescent globes. Suitable for most current AC motor Mercator fans we list – check compatibility before purchasing.

Radio Frequency means the remote has a long range and does not have to be pointed towards the fan to operate. It has multi-channel capability to allow for other remote controlled ceiling fans to be used in the house without interfering with each other.
One remote per fan is required as the receiver has limited capacity.
