The SolarArk Roof Ventilator SAV20 is designed to ventilate out the of hot air within roof cavities which build up in hot weather. A roofs temperature in summer can often reach 70 degrees which radiates into the living space below and raises the temperature of residences, warehouses or offices. Additionally the effect of hot roof cavities is that mould and condensation can build up, which can severely effect the health and quality of air within a living space.
The SolarArk Roof Ventilator SAV20 is one of the best value performing solar fans which can reduce roof temperatures by up to 30 degrees and room temperatures by up to 6 degrees when installed as the SolarArk SAV20 will continuously vent out hot air once the temperature rises above approx 25 degrees and will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 24 degrees. Meaning once you install the unit on your roof, you don’t have to worry about turning the ventilator on and off throughout summer! This extraction is done quietly and efficiently as the unit utilizes a brushless DC motor with a poly carbonate blade and is fully solar powered!
