The SolarArk Roof Ventilator SAV20T is designed to ventilate out the hot air within roof cavities that build up in hot weather. A roof’s temperature in summer can often reach 70 degrees, which radiates into the living space below and raises the temperature of residences, warehouses or offices. Additionally, the effect of hot roof cavities is that mould and condensation can build up, severely affecting the health and quality of air within a living space.
The SolarArk Roof Ventilator SAV20T is one of the best value-performing solar fans, which can reduce roof temperatures by up to 30 degrees and room temperatures by up to 6 degrees when installed. The SolarArk SAV20T will continuously vent out hot air once the temperature rises above approx 25 degrees and will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 24 degrees. Once you install the unit on your roof, you don’t have to worry about turning the ventilator on and off throughout the summer! This extraction is done quietly and efficiently as the unit utilises a brushless DC motor with a polycarbonate blade and is fully solar-powered!
