Warranty Details

The SolarArk Roof Ventilator SAV30 is designed to ventilate the hot air within large roof cavities that build up in hot weather. A roof’s temperature in summer can often reach 70 degrees, which radiates into the living space below and raises the temperature of residences, warehouses or offices. Additionally, the effect of hot roof cavities is that mould and condensation can build up, severely affecting the health and quality of air within a living space.

The SolarArk SAV30 is a high-performing solar fan ventilator that can reduce roof temperatures by up to 30 degrees and room temperatures by up to 6 degrees when installed. The SolarArk SAV30 will continuously vent out hot air once the temperature rises above approx 25 degrees and will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 24 degrees. Once you install the unit on your roof, you don’t have to worry about turning the ventilator on and off throughout the summer! This extraction is done quietly and efficiently as the unit utilises a brushless DC motor with a polycarbonate blade and is fully solar-powered!

Warranty

The manufacturer offers a 10 year warranty on PV panel including the housing and a 5 year warranty on the motor (conditions apply)

All data is provided the manufacturer. Capacity figures are based on the extraction rate of the unit in ‘freeflow’. This means without any ducting, vents or other components. As you add ducting to a fan it will impact the extraction rate as this introduces resistance. For this reason if you are ducting an extraction fan it is best to keen the run as short, tight and direct as possible. For more information please view our exhaust fan buying guide.
