Review, Snap Fanco Fans & Win Up to $800

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Terms and Conditions of this Competition are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
  2. The Competition is being run by Universal Fans t/a Fansonline, ABN 76 104 243 898 of 18 Cleeland Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167 (“Promoter“). The Promoter’s telephone number is (03) 9095 6933.
  3. The Review, Snap Fanco Fans & Win Up to $800! (“Competition“) commences at 8 am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST“) on Friday 7th November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on Sunday 21st December 2025 (“Promotion Period“).
  4. Entry to the Competition is limited to customers of the Promoter who are over the age of 18 and who complete the ‘Review, Snap Fanco Fans & Win Up to $800!’ by at least leaving a review for select Fanco Products (1) on Product Review during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”). All eligible reviews qualify for entry, regardless of rating.

    (1) Eligible Fanco Product Names:
    • Infinity iD
    • Horizon DC
    • Eco Style
    • Breeze AC
    • Eco Silent
    • EarthFirst Gaia
    • EarthFirst Wynd
    • Flow
    • Wynd

  5. Entry to the Competition is limited to one entry per eligible Fanco product purchased in a single Eligible Transaction.
  6. If a customer purchases multiple units of the same eligible Fanco product, this will count as one entry only.
  7. If a customer purchases different eligible Fanco products, each product will count as one entry.
  8. Customers will receive an additional bonus entry per eligible product provided they upload an image with their review.
  9. All entries must be completed during the Promotion Period to be valid.
  10. There will be five randomly selected winners. Each winner will receive:
    • The prize is a refund of the order containing eligible Fanco products, up to a maximum value of $800 (including GST) per order.
    • If the order includes multiple eligible Fanco products, the total refund amount will be capped at $800.
    • If the order includes only one eligible Fanco product, the prize will be a refund of the purchase price of that product, up to $800.
    • The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
  11. Entry to the competition is free and automatic once the customer has completed an Eligible Transaction.
  12. Staff employed by the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  13. The winners will be declared on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025. The draw will be by a random computer generated draw from all Eligible Transactions with the first entries drawn being entitled to the prize.
  14. The prize winners will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw by the email address supplied to the Promoter in which the survey was originally sent by Fansonline.
  15. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted within sixty (60) days of the original draw date, in the same location, and with the same method. Redraws will continue in the same manner until all prizes have been claimed by prize winners.
  16. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
  17. The prize is not transferrable.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the prize, either during or after the Competition.
  20. Entry into the Competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
  21. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. All personal information provided by an entrant to the Promoter for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
