The fan also comes with two different downrod sizes (125mm / 250mm) so that you can select one to match your room height. The smaller rod creates a 250mm ceiling-to-blade drop (360mm to the light’s base) and the longer rod offers 375 mm from ceiling to blade (485mm to the light’s base).

Installation was easy. Functionality is great. The fan has shown to have some issues.
The led light flickers from time to time and the fan has turned on and off 2 so far by itself.
I have had another installed in another room and I’m waiting if the same symptoms occur.
