I have purchased 5 of these fans. Two were replaced within about 6 months under warranty. Fanco reasonably ok for warranty claims but do ask for information and images.
The one annoyance is that a couple of the fans on speed 1 to 2 have a low creaking sound. The low speed setting is about as comfortable as it can be when sleeping under.
Fanco advised me that that can be usual for DC fans and the noise is not warrantable. My other three fans are silent on the low speed.
Trouble is that the creaking fans sit above beds.

Daughter loves the option of having the app on the phone and not having to get up to the wall (teenager!). opertions re warmth and brightness of light is great and the fan is wonderfully quiet. neat looking unit with the white blades, no gaps and against a white ceiling. 6 speeds as opposed to the old 3 speed unit (where the low speed stopped working some time ago due to a discovered snapped cable). absolutley whisper quiet compared to the hum of the previous AC unit. Unfortunately due to the success of the product I have to buy another one for another bedroom.

I have bought 4 of these fans.
Two developed a very light clicking / rubbing sound when on lower speeds.
Fanco did replace one of the fans but the other not deemed sufficient to replace. Workaround of harder supporting lugs no good.
The other two plus then the warranty replacement very quiet and efficient. Three out of four.

Fan is mostly great. Howeber won’t connect to wifi. Which is the main reason i got this model. Spoke to fans online service chat and had to explain the issue 4 times. The person realised it was above their level of understanding and said they would open a case for me. Have heard nothing about it since.

Great product overall. The wifi syncing to the Fan is a bit clumsy and can be improved but not a big issue given it works well with Remote. The future however is with digital with mobile NOT a physical remote.

This is our second Infinity-ID fan, this time with a light. We love the 6 speeds including the very quiet and gentle lowest speed on nights that are just a bit warm.
We also love the three choices of light “temperature” (my partner hates cool lights) and the fact that we can dim the light too. That was a bonus we hadn’t been aware of before purchasing.

Eventually settled on this fan and really pleased with it. Whisper quiet and reasonably low profile. Plenty of air flow. The app and Alexa integration is great although one of the 4 fans took a bit more effort to link up (hence not 5 star). The remote is sleek and the magnetic wall mount a nice touch – although stronger magnets would be better.
