The fan is lovely & quiet & the ability to change the warmth & brightness of the light is great. We did have an issue on the day after installation when the unit wouldn’t respond to the remote control. We had to re-pair the remote to the fan & managed to get it working again.
I also think the request for a review should not be sent immediately after purchase when the consumer has not had adequate time to use the device yet.
