The Brilliant Boreal 2 Large Exhaust Fan 20751/05 in White is well suited for bathroom or toliet spaces with its IPX4 rating and integrated a CCT LED Light. With the wall switch you can select between Warm White (3000K), Cool White (4200K) & Daylight (6000K). This fan is powered by a 25W motor with features high quality ball bearings allowing the model to exhaust up to 400 m3/hr of air. Comes with a exhaust damper to prevent drafts.
The Boreal is easy to install and clean with its removable face and features easy installation clamps and a lead and plug, meaning no electrician is required.

As you add ducting to a fan it will impact the extraction rate as this introduces resistance. Super easy to install. Works brilliantly. Excellent airflow. Pretty quiet. And the option of three lighting styles is an unexpected added bonus – cool light, warm light and daylight.
