Note: This model utilises a DC motor, however, it has an internal inverter and is therefore compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.

CCT stands for ‘colour changing technology’ which means you can select a desired temperature depending on your preferences. To switch between colour temperatures you can use the included remote.

Looks good. Has an elegant feel to it. Appears to start up to a faster before automatically slowing down to the set speed (whatever you set it to previously). Very quiet once it achieves this “cruising” speed. Never had to run it at faster than medium in a 4x5m bedroom with a 2.4m ceiling height. The lower speeds seems to be quite sufficient.
Packaging was good. Light and yet contents were well protected. All packaging materials apart form the plastic wraps on fan blades were recyclable.
Batteries were supplied with the remote controller. Remote controller included auto-off timer, light dimmer and of course fan speed.
Apart from the levels of dimming, the light temperature (colour) can be set between cool white and warm. The light comes on at the temperature you previously set. We prefer the warm colour rather than cool white, and the light remembers that setting.
Oh yes… and the price is very good. We bought 3 and I will definitely buy again if I needed another ceiling fan.

I searched long and hard to find the fans I wanted and then came across these fans at Fansonline.com.au. I wanted 2 fans above a large outdoor table on the deck – most were too large or did not have the remote control, variable fan speed and dimmable light function that I really wanted.
