Ventair Madrid 3-in-1 Exhaust Fan with LED Light featuring a modern and sleek fascia, this unit comes equipped with a powerful 20w integrated LED light designed to deliver ample brightness for a bathroom. With a lumen count of 1900, the light will provide adequate illumination. With an extraction rate of 330 m3/hr, this unit suits medium-sized to large-sized bathrooms. The package also includes 3 meters of 125mm flexible ducting and an external vent for added convenience.

Includes a 4 switch wall control, which allows for control of the light, extraction fan and two switches for the heater. The first switch turns the heater on at the low level of 1400w, if you also turn on the second switch the heater will switch to ‘boost’ mode, offering 2000w. Note – the heater will not work if the first switch is in the off position.
